1Before your session
Pay and complete intake
Your session is paid when you book. On Peerspace, it's paid when you approve the updated booking we send with your package, hours and add-ons. Your session isn't confirmed until then.
- We send your intake form by text and email. An email address and phone number are required for every session.
- Intake puts a card on file for anything added on the day, as well as any incidentals during the session.
- Didn't finish intake in time? Your engineer completes it with you at check-in, before recording starts.

2Before you leave
Check-out
Your engineer compares what you booked with what you used. If anything changed, like extra time or a remote guest, the difference is charged to your card on file. If nothing changed, there's nothing more to pay.
- Tell your engineer about any moment you want cut or highlighted in the edit.
- Booked a live cut? It's ready to post as soon as you finish recording.

3Within 48–72 hours
Your files arrive
Files come to your email by download link. No hard drive needed. Delivery times count from your session's end time and exclude Sundays. Files are released once check-out is settled.
- Silver: all raw camera and audio files within 48–72 hours. This is a single cut. Additional cuts or syncs to raw files are $79/hr.
- Gold: a synced multi-cam "post-cut" edited file with cleaned audio, ready to publish or edit on top of, within 72 hours. One cut (top and tail) is included per session hour.
- Rush: need it faster? VIP priority post-production rush is +$79 per project.

4Billed at $79/hr
Review and revisions
Watch your edit and reply with timestamped notes. Additional custom editing and editing note rounds are billed at $79/hr, and we'll confirm when each revision will be ready. Content over 75 minutes is +$49 per 30-minute block. Shorts, graphics and trailers are billed when that work is done.

Publish and grow
Post it yourself, or hand it to SLAP Agency. Our team can clip shorts, publish across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X, and match your show with sponsors from our brand network. We'll stay in touch by email and text.

All delivery times count from your session's end time and exclude Sundays. After-hours (7 PM+) and weekend sessions and services are +$30/hr.
